Pipe material : Ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, etc.
Wall thickness range : 0-40mm
Operating temperature : -30℃-500℃
Detection accuracy : ±0.01mm
Detection of minimum pipe diameter : DN15
Scope of application: scanning of conventional process pipelines, scanning of small diameter pipes of instruments, scanning of heat exchanger cylinders and heads, and scanning of outer walls of vessels and towers.

Traditional ultrasonic thickness measurement can only detect a spot-shaped area the size of a probe, and cannot find the corrosion and thinning defects of wall thickness in other parts of the pipeline, which is easy to miss.
The pulsed eddy current scanning technology is a surface scan, which can comprehensively scan and detect the surface of the pipeline. The wall thickness of the entire pipeline can be displayed by the algorithm image straight pipe, and the defect location and scope of the problem can be found.
1. On-site drawing, you can visually see the thinning of the wall thickness and the size of the location. The surface of the pipe fittings on site does not need special treatment, and dust, thermal insulation cotton chips, rust layers, etc. will not affect the detection accuracy, making the operation more convenient and efficient.
2. There is no need to stop, and the online inspection can be used for construction inspection, and the temperature is -30℃-500℃.
3. The surface is replaced by the point, and the pipe fittings are fully covered to avoid missed inspection, and there is a 99% probability of finding the weakened position.
4. The picture is directly drawn on site, and the thinning trend, the thinning range, and the thinning degree can be seen intuitively.
5. The final ultrasonic verification test results, the accuracy is ± 0.01mm.
